My decisions had been based on fear, pride, or ego (réfl. March 10th) - I do not mean that all my past decisions have been taken for these three reasons. I mean that most of my decisions were affected by my ambition (eg, the fact of changing the country where I worked to advance faster in my career). Fortunately (!), my HP has always helped me, even when my decisions were not correct (I only learned later some errors of my decisions - eg exercise my authority las eader of a group of employees to get my supremacy ....). Without too much noise, like a little wind and never as a storm, I can say that Someone always reappointed me gradually on the right path
