My deep fried pickle recipe. 1 c. Flour 2 tsp dry ranch dressing mix (Hidden Valley is best) 4 eggs 2 c crispy bread crumbs 12 crispy dill pickle spears Mix flour and ranch in shallow bowl, in another bowl whisk eggs and in 3rd bowl put bread crumbs. Heat veg oil Dip pickle in flour mix, then egg and repeat once more. Coat in bread crumbs and place in hot oil. Turn once until golden brown. Place fried pickles on paper towels to drain excess oil.
