My doctor referred me to physical therapy for my stiff and sore knee. Today was my first visit with Mike the therapist. He was going to have me come in once a week but when I said I may not find time at home for the exercises, he changed it to twice a week. I have some doctor ordered ME time now! I think Im going to find out how little I have been using many of my muscles...Stock up on the Advil! :)
