My elbows are so trashed from arm wrestling...every push and pull exercise feels like my elbows are going to explode and upon completion of each lift they throb intensely, but thats what it takes to get strong..you gotta build a strong pain threshold and I enjoy testing myself. Anyways I was mad that I missed my front squat goal today and while watching all my clients that had chest/arm day working their reverse grip bench I decided I could PR in that and that would help ease my mind with the front squat fail earlier and it did. Life is good again;)
