My end of year appreciation post... I just want to say I have the biggest love for every single person who has supported me in any way this year. 2014 has literally been the busiest and best year of my life; I’m really grateful to be living my DJ dream and as soppy as it may sound I wouldn’t be able to do what I do without the love from you guys so thank you! To anyone who’s came and raved with me at a gig, anyone who’s played and shared my bi-monthly mixtapes, anyone who’s listened to and supported my collaborations, anyone whos locked in and heard my 1Xtra radio shows, to anyone who’s sent me a message / comment / email / tweet etc... Thank you, I appreciate it! To know I can impact on somebodies day or night in a positive way through music, my passion, is the best feeling in the world! I’ve learnt more than I could ever have imagined in the last 365 days on both a personal level and business level. The music industry, people, life... The lessons learned have been invaluable: Give back to the people who support you, never engage in (or rise to) negativity or drama, don’t judge on people or situations you in truth know nothing about, don’t believe anything you hear - Just work hard, be nice to people and concentrate 100% on your own game. I’m so excited for 2015, it’s looking super crazy already! I begin my BBC Radio 1 Residency, my first ever UK headline tour starts in February, ‘What Hannah Wants’ will be hosting an arena at We Are FSTVL... And there’s so much more exciting stuff that I can’t wait to share with you - all will be announced in the upcoming months! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! I wish you all the best for 2015!
