My entire experience with buying an appliance from Sears online was kind of a nightmare. Lots of weird hiccups and they hung up on me no less than 9 times when I called trying to fix those hiccups. Even visiting a brick and mortar store didnt help. None of their systems know about each other, they kept asking me for my phone number and then couldnt find any orders... Is that the number you used? Well yeah I only have one number... Anyway, possibly HUGE opportunity for someone to come in and overhaul their tired systems in the future. :)
