My faith is strong, with or without a bible, my faith has remained strong. No amount of adversity or down talk will ever shift this. I did not attend church regularly past the age of ten, yet Ive remained strong in God. Ive had so many people reach out to me when theyve seen me stumble in life. Not all were there to catch & support, some came just to view & sneer. Im thankful for all of them. Supporters gave me a hand when needed, sneerers taught me who to trust and how to love without receiving. If you know me well enough, you know that no matter how far Im down, no matter how much negativity is thrown my way, I may take a rest to re coop, but I wont stay down. Thoughts of suicide have often made their way into my space. They are nothing more than thoughts. Life is consistently in a state of motion, changing. One moment of hardship is not permanent. I guess I just believe that it would be like spitting in the face of God by throwing away one of the most beautiful gifts he bestows upon us, life.
