Translation is Lentil Soup. 2 cups red Lentils Rinsed 2 Lge Carrots cut into 2" pieces 1 Lge Potato ( I used sweet potato) 1 Lge Sweet Onion 3 Garlic Cloves 2 Tbls Chicken Base 1 tsp Salt 1 Tbls Crushed Red Peppers (not the seeded kind) 1/2 stick of Real Butter Juice of 2 lemons when ready to serve. Dollop of Yogurt and fresh Parsley or Basil Place in slow cooker and cook till tender. Then puree. I used the hand held blender. Serve hot.
