My father Bill Bosworth is a storyteller. I dont just mean that he tells good stories -- though he does -- but rather that he makes decisions in his life based on what will be better when the story of it is told years later. In the same way a photographer might try to get out early in the name of good light, my father will go out of his way to make sure his experience is one hell happily be able to relive with friends over and over again. My favorite example of his storytelling is also my most cherished: the speech he gave at the rehearsal dinner the night before I married April Bosworth. He doesnt just tell a great story and demonstrate his skill for exposition, but also talks about how he plans for the telling of a story using all the material he has. If you have a few minutes, you should watch this. I promise you wont be disappointed. You might even understand me a little better afterwards. =)
