My father flew to Vraja yesterday. Every year this time of year, he spends a month there. He used to manage the ISKCON Vraja Mandal Parikrama (one month walking barefoot and camping out all around the 12 auspicious forests of Vrindavan) since 1985, but he stopped doing that for personal reasons. Hed do Govardhan Parikrama everyday (sometimes twice a day) for a month yearly since 2007. #realdeal #bonafide #sadhu Now hes been invited back by Lokanath Maharaj and the devotees to be on Parikrama to give classes and lead Kirtans. My dad knows all the pastimes, the background stories, and he knows all the paths through the backroads of Vraja.
