My favorite Sportatorium memory: Led Zeppelin touring on their 3rd album (I think). 14 years old. My girlfriend persuaded her parents to let her go on the condition her mom chaperone the date. The second we got there mom disappeared. It was general admission so we went in and found a place to stand on the floor. Two very stoned guys with a bong stood behind us and invite us to join them. As soon as they handed me the bong they lay down on the ground and then slept through the concert. We finished the bong and tucked it between them. Very stoned. GREAT concert. After we find mom staggering towards the car and we got in and went home. No questions. No explanations. The next day my girlfriend and her mom were checked into The Seed by the angry dad. I never saw that girl again.
