My favorite memories of Christmas might surprise some. It was those times back in rural Arkansas just a few miles North of Prescott. Our family didnt have much, but Daddy and Momma always managed to get us something and wow, the food which Momma prepared was fit for a king. Then I would head for he woods with the dogs to do a little squirrel hunting. For those who have never just gone hunting to enjoy nature, you have missed a treat. My dogs made sure that I came back with something, but the best part was just sitting at the base of some tree, listening to nature all around and not caring whether I had any luck at all. To me this is proof-positive that money cannot buy happiness. I found it in simple things and submit to you all that its still there. Hope each of you had a merry Christmas and will have a Happy New Year. Please take the time to stop and reflect on the good things around you!!!
