My favorite moment with Don Sheridan. It was my first St. Louis Cardinals game. My Dad acquired some tickets from Don. It was going to be Don, grandson Craig, my Dad, and myself. We had so-so seats towards the right field foul pole some 30 something rows up. We arrived first, having to wait anyway for the press gate to open. Here came Uncle Don and Craig. Don looked VERY upset. He started to tell my Dad and I something went south and our seats were worse. Then, he pulled some tickets out of his pocket and said, "well, I also have these, 15 rows behind the dugout.". It was an AWESOME DAY!!! Thank you Uncle Don for ALL of the memories.
