My favorite part about my job at Chipotle is that Im not just a manager. Im expected to be a teacher, a leader, a mentor and a resource. I get the chance to connect with motivated individuals, open their minds to new things and help them lay the foundation for a better future for themselves and their loved ones. Perfect example: a couple hours ago I blew one of my employees mind when I taught her that steak was beef. But wait, theres more. In the course of her learning that both steak and burgers were beef, she also learned that beef came from cows and not...*ahem*...not goats or fish or something. One of lifes greatest privileges is to live in the role of an educator. Make an impact, people. Make an impact. #SheWasSerious #ImLeavingEarth
