My favorite pre-warmup. A lot of my clients have come to hate this lol. Its my favorite way to get my workout started. Always follow this with a warmup to get me ready for whatever it is Im going to do that day. Since my warmups are always some type of conditioning, this always gets my heart rate up and builds up a sweat in a short period of time. 300m row in about 1min followed immediately by 10-15 burpees.
