My favorite workout is to run. I got to where I could run 2 miles. Several months ago I noticed my right heel would hurt in the mornings. The pain gradually increased over the months until I had to stop running. I had developed a heel spur and if youve ever had one you know what kind of pain this causes. Imagine walking around with a lego in your shoe! After some research I started putting R.C. on my heel. Did this for 4 days and yesterday my foot hurt so bad I cried. Continuing with the R.C. I added some lavender and pan away then last night I put ice on it. Today my foot feels great! There wasnt any pain in my first steps this morning! Ill keep using the R.C., lavender and pan away for a while and hopefully Ill be up and running again soon.
