My favourite aunt My dear aunt olive, I have to say,your my favourite aunt in every way, and its been ever since I was a boy,and itll be on till the day I die, it was the little things that you did do,that made me feel that way about you, Like reading me stories until I fell to sleep, and wiping the tears when I did weep, cheering me up when I was down, and always remembering to be around, and never letting little Benny down, And when I got, older and in my teens, you didnt forget me still it seems, and all the fun that we had, like crossing the pond in a little boat that we could hardly keep afloat, I did row and you did bail, and by the time we made it I was turning pale, And all the things that we did do, like visiting other people too, uncle Stanley comes to mind, and all the other happy times, having tea up the bay, in your cabin I should say, telling me stories that made me laugh, as we talked about the past, Dropping in to venison tickle too, and giving me bread before Id go, and telling me things that I should know, and as I get older and reminisce, I always remember that your the best, Written by Benny Powell
