My fellow comrades, do you think its time we get cracking with strategic redevelopment, re-organizing, goal planning, and steady pragmatic action-taking, for revamping this group? In all my 6 years knowing of this direction, while many others have drifted into non-interest, loss of motivation/inspiration, demoralized due to setbacks, my enthusiasm and determination for creating a better world still has not swayed, only postponed. Please list your thoughts, ideas, and discuss on how we can accelerate the progress in making our shared vision a reality. I understand we will all have slightly differing views, beliefs, values, principles, and ideas, but the ones we share are the ones that can allow us to work together. We must also learn from our previous mistakes of the past that made us fail in sustaining a strong group camaraderie, outlining the factors that caused rift and disintegration among us, and work on creating a series of tactics that can counteract/offset them if we ever encounter the same or similar conditions. It is a system of recursive self-adaptation, and will give us the strength, resilience, and determination to succeed. We need to become a serious, level-headed organizational system that is self-reinforcing in its operations and remain consistent to attain any goals that we have set forth, and ensure that they are practical, realistic, feasible etc. I also understand however that the main TVP head core (positioned in Florida, where Jacque + Roxanne are) have specific guidelines, and rules of operation that we should abide/adhere to and not derail from, and follow their specific sets of procedures, in order to remain as systematic as possible, as per their vision of what exactly the processes are that we need to engage in, step by step. I have my own series of criticisms however, and this may be problematic, if there is no room for flexibility and compromises, even if they are reasonable. At the end of the day all I wish for is implementing a system that can better all our lives, with a deep understanding and appreciation for the complexity that is human behavior, and sense of humility and compassion. Divided, we fall. But united and we can stand victorious! My sincerest regards to all those I know and have met back in the motherland! I just want to say that I sorely miss being there and not being around good comrades. Its only when something is taken away from you, that you find its real value.
