My fiance and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express: Silver Springs after spending the day at the nearby Ocala National forest and swimming in the natural springs there. We were driving towards Tampa but needed a place to stop for the night. Check-in was quick and the staff at the desk were friendly. The parking lot was large and we had no trouble parking close to the door. When we got up to our room we found it clean and comfortable. We woke up a bit late for breakfast but it did have some nice selection. The hotel was centrally located in the small town and we were approx 10 min away from any place we wanted to go (grocery store, fast food, other restaurants etc). All in all a comfortable and decent place to stay the night.
