My final article of the year. The purpose is to affirm my stand, as i have concluded at the end. SATAN INTERFERES WITH GOD, MEANWHILE GOD IS OKAY WITH IT Probably 6000 years ago, the first ever coup attempt in the recorded history of both heaven and earth occurred. The coup was an attempt to remove God from His throne, and replace him with one of the closest and highest Cherubim, Lucifer. Lucifer himself birthed the plan and nurtured it in his heart, as he ministered at the very holy throne of God. When time was ripe, Lucifer began to campaign among the angels in heaven, to gather an army that would dethrone God by military force. Lucifer’s campaign was not fruitless. As a highly gifted of God’s creatures, even at the very heart of God’s government, Lucifer lured one-third of the total of angels of heaven into his army (Rev 12:4), and waged war against the throne of God (Rev 12:7-9). But the military general of God’s army, Michael (Rev 12:8) fought hard, Lucifer and his army lost the fight and the throne of God was secured. Lucifer and his angels were hurled out of heaven. (Rev 12:9) If I am to apply common sense, I might be tempted to think that this story did not happen because how could one dare to overthrow God, and take His place? How could a plan to overthrow God be masterminded by someone whose office was right at the very thrown of God, as a covering Cherubim of God? (Ezek 28:16). However, what matters most is what I learn from this historic coup attempt? This story tells me two things about God and Lucifer, or Satan, the devil as he is called: First, God is extremely tolerant of Satan that he would allow him to have his way, and interfere even with the most of his sacred places and government, but he will never grant him the ultimate victory. Second, Satan is so daring, and mischievous that he would attempt to replace God with himself, and so powerful and highly tactical that even the perfect and sinless of angels can hardly resist him. The continued extreme tolerance of God towards Satan, and Satan’s habitual daring, and tactic occurs immediately after his exile from heaven: The defeated army of Satan and evil angels invade the newly created earth, and head straight to the East, apparently the Middle East, where God has planted a Garden called Eden, and placed Adam and Eve in it (Gen 2:8). Satan transfers the war from heaven to Eden where he launches a tactical coup against Adam and Eve, to whom God has given dominion and power over earth, (Gen 1:26). They fell to his temptations, (Gen 3) he snatches away their dominion, and establishes his evil kingdom he had failed to secure in heaven on earth. God in his omniscient intelligence and wisdom, and omnipotence, could have prevented Satan from implementing his rebellious attack on his heavenly throne, just like he could have prevented him from interfering with his newly created humans that basked in heavenly glory and perfection. But God tolerated him, and granted him his way. And persisting with his daring and mischievous rebellion, Satan attacked and triumphed over humans even in their perfect and righteous state. But of course, God had retained the ultimate victory over humans, through the sacrificial death of his son, which was to come 4000 years later. Satan did not stop there and neither did God tighten His control over Satan. For example, when the Sons of God went to present themselves before God, Satan crashed into the meeting of the Saints with God, without being invited (Job 1:6). When God asked him where he was coming from, that he ended up into the holy assembly, Satan responded so arrogantly that he was only coming “from going to and fro in the earth and from walking up and down in it” (Job 1:7KJV). As a matter of Biblical fact, twice did Satan invite himself into the assembly of God and his sons (Job 2:1). But on both counts, Satan challenged God, or they challenge each other about Job the saint on planet earth. And following their debate, God allowed Satan to tempt Job, and even touch his health, but never to attempt anything on his life. So Job in his innocence and uprightness, endured the most extreme of trials, as all his sons and daughters died before him, while sore boils ate out his skin and flesh, from the top of his head, to the bottom of his feet, that he could only sit in a pit ashes ( Job 2;7-8). God allowed him, to interfere with the life of a righteous man, but He retained the ultimate victory. Another of Satan’s daring and rebellious stunts against God is when he grabbed an angel of God , sent to deliver some visionary message to Daniel and detained him under his satanic custody for 21 days, until once again the General of the army of God, Michael, came and redeemed him ( Dan 10:13). God allowed Satan to detain his angel while Daniel grow weak in health and agonized for he neither ate nor drunk anything, as awaited he for the message from God to reveal the vision (Dan 10). God allowed Satan to interfere with the message to Daniel, even if it meant Satan jailing his angel for 21 days, but he retained the ultimate victory. There are many stories in the Bible, where Satan displays continued rebellion and open defiance against God, and attacks even the most sacred of God’s interests, and God lets him. It is with such Biblical knowledge, that i have no doubt whatsoever, that Satan could have ably mastermind well disguised human errors in the process of writing, editing, canonization, translation, and even interferes with interpretation of scripture, because right from the start, Satan has never known limits as to what to interfere with, and God has always allowed him. If God allowed him to interfere with a coup against His throne, if God allowed him to interfere and steal one-third of his angels, If God allowed him to interfere and tempt perfect humans into rebellion soon after their creation, if God allowed him to interfere and break into a holy assembly with his Sons in the heavenly realm, if God allowed him to interfere grab an angel and keep him in detention for 3 weeks, then I have not doubt whatsoever, that God allowed Satan to interfere with the Bible, while Satan knew that it is only the Bible that would expose him, and establish the Kingdom of God that brings an end to his own. BUT LIKE HE HAS ALWAYS DONE GOD RETAINS THE ULTIMATE VICTORY, which shall materialize towards the end of age. The only challenge modern Christians have, is that we underestimate satan, but “Woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, knowing that he has only a short time.(Rev 12:12) HAPPY 2015, AND INSPIRED LEARNING OF SCRIPTURE TO THOSE THAT AGREE WITH ME, and EVERYONE ELSE
