My final thought of the afternoon...Preaching appears to be good if one can whoop, dress in fancy clothes or drive nice cars...but what good does that do if there is no character or integrity...we need to focus more on developing the character of leaders instead of their ability to generate cash flow, leadership requires humility and a willingness to learn and exhibiting personal growth...the church can be no greater than its leaders
