My first 2 pregnancies I mostly just walked for exercise… I really didnt think I COULD do more than that! This pregnancy though Ive done my regular Beachbody programs throughout the whole pregnancy (combo of Piyo, 21 Day Fix, T25 and TurboFire). The key is MODIFYING! Its TOTALLY doable to still get a great full-body workout whether you are pregnant, have an injury or are very overweight, you just have to modify a bit (and theres NO shame in that!) Today was arms day. Some modifications I made were lying on an incline for triceps extension and presses (rather than flat on my back), doing overhead curls one arm at a time rather than simultaneously, sitting when doing side raises, push-ups on my knees (which it totally awkward with a big belly, I must add!) and using a bit lighter weight than normal. My arms were still on fire, even when modifying! Dont be embarrassed to modify- it doesnt even matter! Just let go of your excuses and prove to yourself that you CAN do it! #34weekspreggo #motivation #ificandoityoucandoit
