My first attempt at pulled pork, from start to finish. I had planned on portioning and freezing it for lunch for the Hubble. He could take a ziplock bag out of the freezer, stick it in his lunch box and it would be defrosted by lunch time for him to put onto a roll. The true secret to that idea being a success is not eating half of it as you shred it and not deciding that it was going to dinner. In summary, it was amazeballs. Let me know if you want me to share the recipe I used (aka what I made up on the spot to put in the pot).
