My first morning without Zeus is very unsettling! It was an odd night as well! Waking to see him not in bed with me was hard the sound of the rolling bowl as he begs for water not there. He was always attached to my side everywhere I went whether it be to the bathroom the kitchen to shower he was right there. He had to be touching me at all times some how and now nothing he is gone! I used to brush the dog hair as it was on everything now I want it there! I want him back I want the healthy him back and I know its not possible but he was mine he kept me sane when the kids were not home cuddled me when I was upset and cried. God this is hard! The kids and I barely slept and to get up today realizing he is gone for good is devastating. I know it will get easier as time goes on, and we will keep his memories alive in our hearts! We miss and love you Zeus! You will be forever in our hearts!
