My first polical office contest experience will be ten years old by 16th of this month.that was my first baptism of fire as far as election is concerned.The then PDP lions pushed me into d bush and rigged their way in.I didnt threaten anyone. Dr.Christopher Onuohas duly constituted government was toppled in 2002 without d consent of our people.Mr Silas Abosis-led interim govt was brought down and no one was threatend.Just last April ,Chief Chinedu Ebohs admin was disorganised and no soul was lost.the ezeship tussle has been there in d last years and no one has died. I have witnessed several elections in our town and none was defined by vile,savagery and gutterish vituperations exihibited last last Saturday.The failed attempt to assassinate me immediately after last Saturday was hugely connected to the outcome of d election,particularly from d ranks of people who lost,they said I was nobody.they were too desperate n wanted victory at all cost. my question is this:has Ezihe witnessed this type of devilish act in d past?I cannot be cowed.I hv not done any wrong to anyone. It is not TRUE that those who were against Ama creation outnumbered those who didnt want it.I hv taken a position on ama creation months ahead before the election.I hv not changed my position like many.Those who met the Bishop with me on the 3rd of this month can bear me witness.I thank God for his protection.Those behind this dastardly act, by His Grace ,must be brought to account.Chineke anaghi ehi ura
