My first show prep. Looking back at all my pictures, I think of how I felt mentally and physically, I was at only 800cal at one point and lost must of the muscle I worked my ass off to gain and I felt like absolute shit for about 6weeks of the 12 week prep. Although the experience sucked im glad I have learned from it and it makes me so thankful to have the help I do now with nutrition, im eating more now with more options and I feel great! im excited to start prep next spring with proper guidance from my trainers!!
