My first workout of 2015 was a good Leg Day. Here is what my workout looked like. Notice that I do not rush anything and focus on form: Squats- Set of 135 to warm up 185 for 10 205 for 8 225 for 6 then a drop set at 135 of 6 Leg Press(Single Leg- 3 Sets of 6-10 with a drop set. The seat is on the last notch and my feet high for a wide range of motion. Leg Extensions- both legs-4 sets of 8-12 going to failure with a drop set after the 4th set. Then two sets of single leg with a drop set after the 2nd set. Leg Curls- 3 sets of 8-12 to failure with a drop set after the 3rd set. Walking Lunges- Walking down and back, about 14 steps each way. Standing Calf Raise machine- 3 sets of 40 (10 toes straight, 10 toes out, 10 toes in) slow and controlled. Music Credit - Candlebox youtu.be/xm_FaHyO4EI
