My focus is on how Egyptian government works And I am not sure how it runs. My limited knowledge tells me what is missing and/or not done effeciently are from up to down: • Calibers lead, grant authorities and facilitate resources • Organizational goals and objectives set annually – timeline of annual achievements & compensation levels follow accordingly. • Monitoring process: Evaluation based on set of results/successes and/or political relief applied to all - on quarterly, semiannual and annual basis. • Reach out to the public – في الوقت الحالي كله مكتفي ببرامج التوك شو Not enough, regular media programs are needed to expand/present the work….. this gives power to whoever runs certain work to show the progress, limitations, obstacles and open to discussion for support and idea generations • Department with interrelating/ crossing subjects with others, has to coordinate the work, conduct weekly meetings, with defined agenda items prioritized for the most stressing issues to them or as seen by the public… allow for transparency according to subject of discussion’s sensitivity, etc. The list goes on, it’s a big subject of discussion دة لو عايزين تغيير حقيقي مش كفاية نقول للرأي العام إهتم بإيه بقيت مؤمنة إن الجيل دة قضيته إلي إتحرم منها هي الحرية ، تجيبه شمال يمين ، معظم التركيز في ملف الحرية ، Still hope goes to new generation who will take the lead on actual developmental topics that will eventually land us all to liberty
