My friend Chris drove me to 3 clinics today..the first was the minute clinic I go there they closed early today so I went to another new clinic down the street. The front desk person you could tell was frustrated. She said you have two ppl ahead of you so you have to wait to be seen so I was thinking wow just two ppl Im a nurse that s nothing...I didnt say that but I was ok with that since Ive been so sick all week. She looked disappointed I was willing to wait. She asked what s wrong I said I have some kind of sinus infection but feel like I have the flu. The next mistake I said was I was a nurse for 20 something years...big mistake...she was new you could tell and she had somewhere to be and I was an inconvience to her...clinic called Care Spot near state line and 135 th st...she looked at me, I can hardly breathe as it is but she heard the words flu, nurse (she wasnt aware I havent worked as a nurse since I came to Kc)...now she really started acting funny. She said hurry up put this mask on..I said Im having trouble breathing I cant breathe thru a mask rt now. Then asked if I had been to Africa recently. I said no I havent been to Africa. Now the whole waiting rooms staring. She shoved me off to a corner. I said maam its a sinus infection. Then I forgot my drivers license so I said forget it I dont like how this is going and why doesnt any other pt have a mask on in the room? She said they arent nurses. Chris was with me neither of us could believe what we were hearing. I went to the car found my license Chris said to back in...I said no way this lady no telling what they will do next. It was ridiculous. I really could not breathe thru the mask....I ve never been in Africa and havent worked as a nurse since the late 90 s....but b4 that worked as a nurse for 20 plus years...I did go back in but she rolled her eyes at me made me put the mask back on and all the other patients looked at me as if they thought I had some foreign disease so they wicked me to a corner. At that point I said that s it this isnt happening Im out of here. I was livid.....I dont get upset usually about things but this really made me angry...went to a third clinic and the doctor left early. At this point no drs.,,that s it...I guess God wants to do a miracle so I receive my miracle right now in Jesus name....Im also
