My friend Connie asked me to list the ten books that I have read that have stuck with me, I will try to follow those guidelines. Heres a few, Ill try to remember some more later. 1. The Bible- various authors. This book has provided me much comfort and guidance. 2. Elfquest books. 1-8-Wendy and Richard Pini. This is a graphic novel but a novel nonetheless. 3. The Stand- Stephen King. I love a good versus evil story and also this author. 4. The Gunslinger books 1-7. Some hated the ending, I saw it as a new start. 5. The Lorax- Dr. Seuss. Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, Nothing is going to get better. Its not. 6. I cant remember the name of the book but it was a story of twin brothers that were staying the summer on a farm and one boy found a secret room and the keys to said room where time moved much slower than outside. He locked himself inside for a night, like 10 years outside, because he wanted so desperately to be his own person.
