My friend Daniel has nominated me for the seven day praise challenge. I have to list three things that I am thankful for and in turn nominate three people each day (watch out, I may end up nominating more than 3 a day!). Day 2 1 - I am grateful for the #ViLife and the sustainable healthy lifestyle that #ViSalus has given me. The weight loss and feeling better and higher energy levels Ive experienced over the last 7 months have truly been a life-altering turning point for me. Im going to be around a lot longer for Maximus & Nicole and able to enjoy my years with them a lot more. 2 - I am thankful to Alan for getting me involved in this turnaround and Alicia for mentoring me and her patience with me as I figure out all the wrong ways to do things the first time around. 3 - I am happy I survived long enough to learn the hard lessons in life and am still around to talk about it. I could have turned out much differently had there not been the prayers of my mom and many others sustaining me and fighting off the evil influences I allowed in my life for a long time.
