My friend Glenda gave me some jalapenos, off her pepper plant. So in return, im making smoked/grilled poppers! Ive never made them before, but looks very easy. I was thinking of some fillings: buffalo chicken salad, a lil smokey sausage, cream cheese w/ shredded pepperjack. Anyhoo, i watched a few vids on youtube and im undecided on how to cook them. Direct sear to cook bacon, then indirect? Smoke them? On the grates or on foil/tray?
