My friend Jodie Martinez posted this video a little over a year ago. At the time, my back was giving me problems and had gone out several times, my cholesterol was high, I had no energy, and when I had migraines I would eat junk food to make myself feel better. I felt awful most of the time and I didnt think that I could exercise without making me back worse or my migraines flare up. After I saw this video, it completely changed my perspective. I started by walking around the block, then two blocks, and then a mile. My husband joined me and soon we were walking 3 miles every morning and I was starting to feel like I could get fit and strong. My husband and I bought the T25 DVD workouts and started doing them after work every night. At first, it was just like the video, I fell over and we crashed into each other many times, and many times I thought I couldnt do another minute, but I did. At the end of the fall, I had list about 20 pounds, was running, and could do yoga poses without falling over. I am not there yet, and unfortunately my migraines make me miss a lot of workouts, but instead of giving up and binging on junk food, I workout as soon as I feel good again. My progress might be slower than what I want, but its progress. Keep at it and dont give up!!
