My friend Mary shared a barn photo to my personal page today. The barn is rickety and clearly holding on for dear life. It reminded me of this photo of the red barn in Madison I took many years back. Its the view from my good friend Stephanies driveway. We tend to take for granted the beauty we see on a day to day basis. Always expecting it to be there. Till one day its gone. I received a text with photos of this barn burning, and I was devastated. She shared it was a planned burn making sure it was brought down safely before a good snow or wind storm knocked it down even more.
