My friend Nancy Prather has a German Shepherd named Willow who was born without retinas. Willow can do this and much more! We have a 3 legged German Shepherd, Jake. Dont tell him though because he doesnt miss that 3rd leg at all. Deaf dogs do very well following sign language. Just like humans with disabilities, disabled animals are also able to live happy and fulfilling lives. Give them a chance to prove it!
