My friend, Rotimi Oyedeji, challenged me to list 20 facts about myself. Well, I accept the challenge & will list just 20 facts about myself (21 is not allowed) However it should be noted that those 20facts does not fully define me. There are many more interesting things you need to know about me. When we meet in person, you will know more. *smiles* Here we go: 1). I was christened Adesola Oluwaseun Adebayo ADELEYE (Oh! Youre wondering why its a collection of the ADE prefix. Your guess is right. Im an oba-lola 2). Friends call me ADESEUN (They believe its my real name but its actually a nickname. Never mind, same naa ni) 3). I was Born & also grew up in Ikere Town, Ekiti State, Nigeria (A place I fondly refer to as 2nd home, Akure Oloyemekun being the major home). 4). Im more of an Introvert but when the need arises, I make a sharp switch to the extrovert lane (Aye o le jare) 5). My strict attitude earns me the nickname Soldier within my household (No cause for alarm. Im not a difficult person. Just a bit of discipline) 6). Im a staunch believer in the maxim that states If youre not informed, youre deformed Hence my strong affinity for news & current affairs. (Ill rather miss my meal time than miss the news hour). 7). I grew up in a home full of boys (Call my home a boys hostel, youre not wrong) 8) Im addicted to neatness as Ill rather cancel my scheduled outing than not ironing my dress (It won me an award of the Best dressed guy in my entire department during my undergraduate days) *winks* 9) I get angry easily but the good news is that I have control over my anger as it suppresses as easily as it stirs up. (Oh! youre surprised & thought that guy appears too cool Anyway, everybody gets angry but only few are bold enough to admit ) 10) Im a goal oriented person, that is why giving-up is alien to me (Although Im gonna give-up the ghost someday but not so soon *smiles*) 11) Two of my most favourite quotes are Better Days Ahead & What you want to know, you learn by doing it (Those quotes had helped me a great deal in overcoming difficult tasks) 12). My kitchen skill is so superb to the extent that it earns me the Chief Cook title within my household. (Anytime Im home, mum takes a leave from the kitchen till I travel back) 13). Aside cooking, reading playing video games and travelling are my hobbies. Swimming being the latest I took interest in. 14). I see myself as an agent of positive change. Im currently trying my best, within the limited available resources, to that effect. Although, if given the chance Ill effect it in a bigger capacity in the near future. 15). March 25th of every year is my birth anniversary. 16). I hold a B.Sc (Hons) Degree in Biochemistry from the Ekiti State University (Just the starting point though. Upgrading is allowed *smiles*) 17). Im a moderately tall person with an height of 182cm & a corresponding weight of 75Kg( Am adding more to it everyday). 18) I knew rice was my best food when I discovered a strange happiness always erupts within me anytime the family meal menu switches to Rice (But Im happier when its Jollof) 19). My loyalty to anybody is a feedback mechanism process (Fellow Biochemists will understand my term). I mean to say that I give back the exact dosage of loyalty I get from an individual. (My personal friends can bear me witness) What else? Okay No. 20 20) Im a God fearing man. Here we are. Im hereby nominating Adeleye Olusegun Ademola, Adeleye Oluwabamise Adeyemi Bamyem, Adeleye Adekemi, Bamigboye Olumide Oluseyi, Oluojo Oluyemi Ifeoluwa and Adebusuyi Adedotun to also list 20 facts about themselves.
