My friend and I had our phones stolen in Benidorm 3 weeks ago. Given that we had no phones to phone our service providers and not enough euros in the world to join an ee queue for an hour to report my phone stolen, I waited till I got home to report it stolen. When I arrived home, I checked my online account, and to my amazement, £ 500 had been ran up on my stolen phone. I spent an hour on the phone to EE, running up my mums phone bill to be told that I had to pay the bill. On the contrast, my friend rang his service provider O2 and they told him that they realized this was not his normal bill and agreed to wave the whole £ 500 that was ran up on his bill too. Orange had also previously wrongly defaulted my account which prevented me from securing a mortgage on account of me having a default. I cannot begin to describe the amount of pain and anguish that orange/EE have caused me. I urge everyone to stay well clear of this company as they are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with
