My friend seems to think this battle (me and the courts, relating to my recent conviction) is over. Well my friend, it has only just begun. I have yet to actually DO anything really, as I have yet to send one single presumptive letter, because I am still learning (how to file documents is where I am now. I know the law well now, and have made a few presumptive letters, but not sent any yet). It is like the part in the final battle between IP man and the main bad guy... I am at the point where it looks like the general is winning, but IP Man is just rolling up his sleeves now, and watch out, because the general is about to get his but royally kicked... - https://youtube/watch?v=-2A0Tvo9WjI And so it will be for the judges, prosecutors, and cops, thanks to rule 8d of civil procedure, and the US and Az. constitution, along with a handful of US supreme court (and other court) cases, which unequivocally state that all of the actions against me violate my rights, and according to US codes and certain case precedents, I an entitled to thousands of dollars in compensation.
