My friend taught her son to read before he was in school. When he was in first grade he was reprimanded and my friend was called in because he wouldnt sound out his words like everyone else. When it was his turn, he would just stand up and read the words. This was seen as intimidating and he was asked to stop. Stop reading. Same kid, misspelled the same word in a paper multiple times in 6th grade. He got an A. The teachers cant correct him. Not allowed. This was at what is considered a very good school district. At least it was when I was in school. (Not mine) Have fun with your world ran by people who cant spell and learned common core math. Everyone must be stupid equally. Its only fair.
