My friends and my extended family by choice are my angels... in so many different ways... They come in many different sizes and shapes, to rescue, to comfort, to make dreams come true, to save the day or to make my day!!! Today, I had the appearance of a party angel, Dr. Patrizio, as I was mixing a blackberry Daiquiri to bring to a family Sunday get together, he suggested me to add cherries to the mix, which he kindly supplied by giving me the best he had available stocked in his freezer, also suggested to add mint from his garden and to top it off for a fabulous presentation I got a beautiful ceramic pitcher made in Italy... God Dionysus would have been so proud and delighted with it!!! For the taste as well as and the presentation... after 1 hour plus of mixing and tasting I got a SUPER KICK ASS COCKTAIL!!! I will be shining with that!!! So now I can be on my merry way to party for awhile before I take the drive to Portland Airport to pick up my other family returning home from their travels. Once again, never a dull moment in this Gypsy life...
