My friends, how many of you have been bullied by someone in charge? I am a self-employed individual and have many people working for me. I treat all of my people with respect, no matter how I personally feel about them or how they perceive me. And this is the way should be. I want to share a story with you, which happened to my dearest cousin this past summer. She is a security guard and did absolutely loved her job. The company was First Mark Credit Union (FMCU), location at O’Connor Rd. She is one of the kindest and quiet middle-aged women in the world and had been performing this job for quiet some time. After a change in management, my cousin became a target. The person in this picture, FMCU Branch Manager, Renee Patterson, AKA “Bully” set off to do whatever she could get rid of my cousin. This lady did not make any effort to get to know her and for some reason had a grudge from the start. So, guess what Miss Patterson finally did to dislodge my cousin from the company. This reprehensible, conniving woman deliberately humiliated her by setting off the security alarm in the bank without informing her. My cousin panicked, which could have caused harm to customers. This event embarrassed her deeply and she did not come back to work at FMCU anymore. This bully ruined my cousin’s life just because she could and I wonder who is the next victim on her radar. Now, I am trying to get justice for my cousin. I went to the FMCU Face book website and mentioned this event, because my cousin is a quiet, middle-aged woman. I am asking your help to take this “Bully” out of the position of power so she will not be able to sabotage any other good people. Please write a comment on the First Mark Credit Union Face book page on behalf of my cousin.
