My friends really have been putting alot of thought into my place...the menu i think would truly be the easy part.. I cook what i feel....i dont serve tiny portions of anything.....! Big portions with lots of flavor thats what i am all about! Working on where to open this idea of mine... When , i have some ideas about that too........ There are so many places around here, need somewhere that people would appreciate coming and hanging out and pulling up a chair watching the game in a big cushy chair and having a sausage sandwich on crusty italian bread with peppers and onions and mushrooms and fried potatoes.... And at a little table a family of 4 is having a little bit of everything .. From a bowl of italian wedding soup for one to a chicken cutlet sandwich with sliced tomato and mayo to a loaded stuffed potato with butter-sour cream-cheese and crispy bacon to a chopped salad with peas- bacon chopped lettuce and homemade croutons. The possibilities are endless..... And maybe a dessert bar instead of the traditional way to order and get served dessert....with all kinds of chocolate treats to a huge chocolatey brownie with whipped cream and ice cream and hot fudge.....
