My friends...what a most unusual and riotous ninth inning...Phils have a three run lead...top of the ninth...bring in Papelbon...what can go wrong? Wow...the mutt Papelbon can not find the strike zone...seeing eye singles, walks...error...one by Chase and one by Pap...Chase tries to assuage the mutt and Pap turns his back on him...pitch count in the thirtys...Chooch seemingly beseeching Sandburg to take the mutt out...no dice...tie score...pass ball...Fish go ahead...finally third out...Papelbon comes off mound with a a cascade of well deserved boos...he gets half way to the dug out and GRABS HIS CROTCH!!! Pointing his package toward the boisterous crowd ( did I mention it was a kids giveaway day?) Cowboy West follows him to the dugout and runs Pap...who proceeds to rocket out of the dugout and is all over Wests shit...I know West grabbed his short but Papelbon bumps two umps...and when he gets back to the bench throws cups of water on the field. This mutt must go! Ive never been at a game where the home crowd demanded the removal of their own player...after today, I have. KOK says no season tickets again until Papelbon is gone. Quite a game, Harry, quite a game.
