My generation will most likely be the first in some time to experience what older life is like with little or no social security income. We were raised by individuals who have or continue to rely on social security or old pensions as their sole income(s) in retirement. Ask yourself the question....Do you have a pension, do you know how you will grow income for the mid and long term periods of your life? When do you plan on thinking about it? We love to get Turnt Up! scream out YOLO. and while it may be true you only live once....if you dont learn how to start saving some money in places other than that .03% return giving, glorified checking account you keep touching otherwise known as a savings account, your ass will die hard and broke.With out resources you are a talking mouth, and we are far too young to not be working on our personal, professional, and financial legacy(Especially with all these lost kids running around). Let this be a warning. Humble yourself and talk to a planner, read a book, do some research. Wither it be myself or someone else you know. Go at least learn some savings concepts. Life is fun but it is also serious.
