My gluten free chocolate chip cookies: Cream 2 large eggs (if extra large just add a tad more flour), 3/4 sugar , 3/4 dark brown sugar, 3/4 butter (real not fake) sift together 2 1/2 c. Bob Red Mill gluten free flour ( found at Costco), 1/2 t. salt, 1 t. baking soda, 1/4 t. xanthum gum powder, splash of vanilla. Add 2c. chips and eat... uhmm or you could cook them and make cookies at 350 F for 8 minutes, if not quite done let them finish off on the sheet but out of the oven -this makes them gooey and not hard
