My goal for the next two years at Full Sail 1.One-mile run in 12 minutes or less, carrying an 50 Pound weight 2.60-yard run carrying a 50-pound dumbbell or one-person ram, within 15 seconds. 3.30-yard low-crawl , 10 pound chest vest ,within 60 seconds. The elbows and knees must touch the ground at all times. 4.Climb over a six-foot wall or fence, unassisted within 10 seconds, 10 pound ankle weights 5. Five vertical raises (pull-ups) weight vest Using a bar or a beam, start in the hanging position with the palms facing away from the body and the arms fully extended. For the repetition to be counted, the chin must be completely seen over the bar at the conclusion of the upward motion. 6. Run up eight flights of stairs (four floors) carrying a 50-pound dumbbell or one-person ram, within 30 seconds. I gotta get in shape.
