My good friend Sajjad is a practicing Muslim. He has a wife and 2 kids. I rang him this morning before he started work. He is gutted with yesterdays going on. Im going to his place to measure up his Christmas lights and just say hi. Why is it that he has so much respect for the Australian traditions and yet others are so hateful to our way of life. FFS Weve taught him to mow, drive his own boat, trim trees and garden, how to look after his pool, how to fix sprinklers, how to back a trailer, how to cook on a BBQ, when he drinks his 0% coopers beer it should be cold and not out of the cupboard, the bin goes out with the handle at the back, whipper snippets are 2 stroke blah blah blah. I will not be an apologist for People who do not want to respect Australia and our traditions. If you want to wear a Hajib, the symbol of ISIS and the Muslim brotherhood then dont complain to me about being offended. Tolerance and acceptance goes both ways.
