My greatest success has not been in pounds and inches. Its the random compliment from a daughter, the prideful statement from my mom, the shout out from my sis, and the ever encouraging friends who all have seen the different stages of @bbey. Finding me again and also discovering a new me has been powerful. The energy to want to participate, the focus to achieve way over due tasks, and the positive outlook has no price tag. The process of cleansing the fog or toxins then eating the best superfood supplements with healthy foods is a lifestyle I hope to share and share and share. I read posts with comments on weight, aging, exhaustion, focus, performance athletics, and financial hardship all the time. This lifestyle addresses all those and more. I always see these and think Isa saved me. We all arent ready for life changes at the same moment. I sure wasnt! Then with research, a little mustered up confidence, and the reality of poor health I started out. The first month I found a new life!!! With all this being said I truly hope your all loving yourself daily. Giving your body, mind, and self the attention it needs. Like in my case you all have loved ones who benefit from the best you!!
