My head hurt, I called Verizon around 5pm to ask why I was charged an $249 in other charges, I got a call back at 8:19pm, while I was on stair mill- completed 40 mins, got a call back, Verizon rep says Im going to push through a credit for returned wired beats tegu received in Nov, they had some system issues so they delayed billing me when it was suppose to be a credit. I told the gentleman to find a supervisor who wants to do their gym $249 is an extra bill not small change, I dont wont to wait for your supervisor to come in tomorrow. Lets settle this now or lets cancel my acct and Ill switch to Sprint. I kept telling them I was going to go to Sprint if they didnt fix this error and credit my acct tonight.. He got a supervisor credit appears ASAP online!
