My headnurse was on the phone and i overheard part of her conversation with somebody on the other line. She said, Sir, i do not need someone intelligent, Cum Laude or whatsoever. This only shows that in workplace and in real life setting, character is what truly matters most. Being smart and intelligent is good, but its not the only measure of how one will perform. Knowledge is easier to impart, while attitude is difficult to teach.
